Luxury boxed gift cards

You know what it's like...
You've got a special day coming up. A shop card just isn't 'special' enough. You want something they'll remember - and keep, or better still, treasure.
No problem! Why not ask me to make a special card designed with them in mind? They'll appreciate the care you've taken and it doesn't cost the earth.

If you would like something special for a special someone or for a special occasion - we can produce a 3D collage card with a selection of items that relate to the recipient and make the card special for them. Perhaps they cook a lot, like gardening, watch a lot of films, collect things or do up classic cars - just give us the clues and we will create a 3D montage for you and create a card that is also a delightful gift they will want to treasure. A confection of tiny elements that are personal to them, or simply a beautiful card.
The card is presented in a paper lined card box with a lid featuring a personalised name panel
Prices start at £15 (excluding postage & packing) - about the same price as a small bouquet but this will mean so much more and last so much longer!

1. Fill in the form below to order a card. Please ensure all boxes are completed.
2. Either print off the form or press the 'send form' button.
3. Make your full payment to Black Mouse, either with the form below or with your name and address on the back of the cheque.
   Alternatively ring us with your debit/credit card details and submit the form online.
4. Black Mouse will send you an email to confirm your order as soon as your cheque payment is received, where applicable.
5. Black Mouse will begin handmaking your special card. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for production - longer if you can.
   
   You can just call or email us anytime if you have a query or wish to discuss your order. No problem.
   
   Payments
   We can accept payment by the following methods.
   By credit card or debit card online, over the phone on 0115 9559137or use our postable card payment form
   You can also pay with credit/debit cards or M-pay online. Email us and we'll tell you how to do it.
   If you prefer, pay by cheque, postal order or bank transfer in GBP (Pounds Sterling only) made out to Black Mouse Ltd.
   

Please note
Your order is not confirmed and no work will commence until the appropriate order form and payment has been received by Black Mouse. You may therefore cancel for a full refund at any time prior to this date.
Your payment will be forfeited if you cancel after work has begun.
Changes while a production order is in progress may incur extra charges and prolong the production time.

For wedding stationery, event stationery and bespoke Christmas cards, a deposit is required with the order (50% UK, 100% the rest of the world) Bank transfer details are available upon request. Credit & debit cards accepted over the telephone.
A fixed quote will be supplied before you place a production order (valid for 30 days). Delivery is not included in the quote and is charged at cost.
